The Role
- Advising artists, record labels, publishers, and managers on a wide range of music law matters
- Drafting and negotiating recording agreements, publishing agreements, management contracts, and licensing deals
- Advising on intellectual property rights, royalties, and rights exploitation
- Supporting clients on commercial arrangements, brand partnerships, and endorsements
- Assisting with disputes relating to music rights and contractual issues
