Job Description
- Develop, review, and implement N2He test procedures and test packs for designated systems.
- Define test boundaries, including temporary blinds, spectacle blinds, and isolation requirements in coordination with the System Responsible.
- Ensure all test equipment (pressure gauges, He leak detectors, N2 supply) is calibrated, certified, and available prior to test execution (together with Vendor).
- Coordinate and supervise N2He testing crews, including third‑party test contractors and technicians.
- Conduct pre‑test safety briefings (toolbox talks) and ensure JSA/SJA are completed prior to pressurized testing activities.
- Plan and execute N2 pressure tests and He snoop/leak detection activities in sequence with construction and MC completion.
- Manage and document all test results, test records, and punch items in PIMS.
