Job Description
Analyze, coordinate, and execute Customer E&O Claims for NA EDS Plants.
**General Functions**:
- Identify Excess and Obsolete Inventory Risk by Program. This includes Program Buildout, Customer Volume fluctuations, New launches, Mix changes, and other causes.
- Coordinate mitigation/reaction plans with Central & Advanced PC, Plants, Operations, and Sales.
- Communicate Risk and Ops on weekly management calls.
- Assure the execution of systemic claims according to customer Terms and Conditions. This includes FAB and Commercial claims.
- Conduct Claim dispute calls with Sales and Customer.
- Obtain the Claim PO and ensure it is registered in the proper account according to finance.
- Develop training and certification customized by OEM/Program and provide to plants.
- Implement automation tools in the IT development area for continuous improvement.
