NA Fleet Management (Nashville, TN)

As the **North America Fleet Program Manager** , you will lead the fleet strategy for approximately 5,000 fleet drivers across the U.S. and Canada, for Field Service Engineers, Sales, Executives, and other similar employee groups. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to operationalize fleet programs, strengthen processes, and develop analytics that support monthly and quarterly reporting and drive effective fleet performance.
**Your role:**
+ Lead strategy, policy and governance, while developing and optimizing fleet policies, vehicle eligibility criteria, long-term fleet strategy, and strategic roadmaps while ensuring alignment with Finance, Business stakeholders, and EHS/Safety requirements.
+ Manage strategic fleet operations through third-party service providers, driving service excellence, operational performance, KPI attainment, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization across the fleet lifecycle.
