Let Them Play is an international nanny agency originally founded in Ibiza, with established operations across Ibiza, Miami, Mykonos, and London. We are building a new team of experienced, reliable childcare professionals to meet growing demand from international families across the Costa del Sol.

We place nannies in a range of positions, including hourly, part‑time, full‑time, live‑in, and travel assignments. As a candidate registered with us, you will be matched to families based on your availability, experience, and preferences.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of childcare experience
• Fluent English
• Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Additional languages are a strong advantage (Spanish, French, German, Russian, Dutch)
• Warm, proactive, and professional approach to childcare
