Job Description
The role of National Compliance Administration Officer will include:
Identifying follow on works: Raising follow on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers’ homes
Contacting customers to arrange service appointments, processing gas safety certificates
Managing Service Records: Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates
Liaising with internal planners and housing officers to ensure smooth service delivery
Supporting Regulatory Standards: Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards Some experience in accurately checking and processing data
Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
