  Job Description 
 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The National Business Development Manager - Insurance is responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing relationships with Commercial Property Adjusters, Consultants and Brokers. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive sales by sales activities, networking, lead generation, and participate in tradeshows and associations.
  Candidates must currently reside, or be willing to relocate, to Texas. 
  Salary Range  is $120,000 -- $140,000
  Commission Range  is $100,000 - $175,000
  PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  Business Development (Nationally) 
 Grow and expand business relationships to drive sales 
 Identify, appropriate target accounts, and sell BluSky’s services
