Under direct supervision of WHO technical staff, the national consultant will support the Health Statistics Division of the Department of Planning and Finance and other relevant stakeholders to undertake the required tasks.
Output 1: Draft implementation review report of Circular 23 and First draft annexes of the Circular
·Deliverable Draft implementation review report of Circular No. 23
This deliverable consists of a comprehensive report reviewing the implementation of Circular No. 23. It will cover analyzing past performance, identifying gaps, and laying the groundwork for revisions, including initial consultations with MOH departments, administrations, and affiliated units to review and revise statistical indicators, as well as engaging WHO technical officers to review health indicators pertaining to their technical areas.
