This Role Is For Someone Who Can
- Handle multiple Fitness Managers, Head Coaches, and Personal Trainers across the region
- Lead both gym operations and On Demand fitness teams
- Recruit, identify, and develop top PT talent
- Train and mentor trainers into high‑performing fitness professionals
- Build a strong PT culture focused on results, service, retention, and revenue
- Monitor performance, KPIs, productivity, and standards across all locations
