National KOL Business Development Manager

1. KOL Resource Management and Expansion

• Responsible for screening, classifying, and maintaining KOL resources, and continuously updating the KOL resource database (covering different platforms, fields, and fan scales).
• Proactively expand new KOL cooperation channels, including top-tier, mid-tier, and potential KOLs on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with KOLs and partner institutions, negotiate cooperation terms (e.g., fees, content formats, release time), and sign cooperation agreements.

2. Project Execution and Process Management

• Oversee the execution of KOL collaborations, including conveying brand requirements to KOLs, reviewing first drafts of content (to ensure alignment with brand tone and compliance), coordinating revision suggestions, and confirming release schedules.
