About the role
Full time position (40 hours per week) Tuesday-Saturday
Dispatch, assign and monitor field service requests nationwide
Support Field Officers and contractors in real time, including virtual two-up support
Triage inbound customer calls and resolve issues efficiently
Accurately log events and incidents in line with SOPs and customer frameworks
Escalate incidents, performance or health and safety concerns when required
Work across multiple systems including call-handling platforms and Microsoft Office
About you
Experience in customer service, call centre, dispatch or monitoring environments
Calm, organised and confident in high-pressure situations
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
Able to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously
Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation
