Organizational Setting

FAO’s Subregional Office for the Gulf Cooperation Council States and Yemen (SNG) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for subregional food, agriculture, and rural development. The position is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Reporting Lines

The National Professional Officer (Administration) reports to the Subregional Coordinator (SRC) for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States and Yemen.

Technical Focus

Programme administration and financial management including accounting and personnel administration.

Provide effective and efficient administrative support to programme and project activities of the Subregional Office.
