Youll take responsibility for the UK side of a well-established international company in bovine genetics, focusing on sales performance, customer relationships, and, importantly, developing your people.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the International Regional Sales Manager, you will have full commercial responsibility for the UK business, leading a team of seven business development Mmanagers located across the UKs key dairy regions.
You will spend most of your time with customers and alongside your BDMs, allowing you to focus on:
Driving sales performance
Strengthening farmer relationships
