National Site Expansion & Acquisition Lead

PM Consulting is seeking a Business Development Head in Quezon City. The role involves leading nationwide site acquisition and leasing initiatives, identifying locations for strategic business expansion, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in business development and leasing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably in F&B or retail industries. This position is full onsite, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including lease negotiation and property sourcing.
