Role: SAP BW/HANA + Native HANA Technical Lead

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on work in SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA programs.
  • Drive projects with the cross vendor team from technology governance, architecture perspectives
  • Review solution design, technical standards, and implementation quality.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize HANA performance and data processing.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

    • Must-Have Skills:

  • SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA hands-on expertise.
  • Good understanding of SQLScript, modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to stay hands-on while also handling governance and architecture discussions.
  • Cloud exposure SAP Datasphere migration to Azure, with cloud exposure around 30%.
