NAVAIR Program/Project Management Analyst (PMA)

COLSA is seeking qualified candidates for a Program/Project Management Analyst (Journeyman) to support a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Activity (PMA) at Patuxent River, Maryland. In this role you will support execution of defense acquisition efforts and the delivery of mission-critical naval aviation capabilities.


+ Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, performance, and outcomes

+ Analyze requirements, program status, budgets, and schedules to support effective execution and decision-making

+ Perform management, technical, and business case analyses to inform program direction

+ Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

+ Track program/project status, milestones, and schedules, identifying risks and supporting mitigation efforts
