Naval Interior Engineering Project Manager

Overview

Foreship (part of RINA) is currently recruiting for a Naval Interior Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Turku within the Marine Design & Engineering Division.

Key Accountabilities

• Project Management: Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Create and maintain project schedules.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact between the consulting engineering firm and the client. Understand client requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
• Team Management: Assemble and lead a project team. Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise. Motivate and manage team members to achieve project goals.
