Dirtcube Interactive is an interactive media studio building original products people genuinely love to use — games, apps, and experiences born in India and built for the world. Our philosophy is simple: Inspire. Create. Entertain. We don't chase trends; we make the things that become them.
Right now we've got a portfolio of products in the wild and a pipeline that's about to get loud. We need someone to make sure the world feels that energy.
The role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Dirtcube's voice across the internet — the person who wakes up thinking about what we should post today, and goes to bed having made the internet a little more obsessed with us
You are not a "scheduler." You're a creator, a hype-builder, and a storyteller who understands that great social isn't about posting — it's about making people care. You live on the feeds, you know why a thing went viral before anyone explains it to you, and you can turn "we're shipping a feature next week" into a moment people actually talk about.
What you'll do
- Own the calendar, end to end — strategy, creation, posting, and community across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and wherever culture moves next.
- Build hype — for what we're working on, what's launching, and the studio itself. Make the build-in-public journey something people want to follow.
- Create the content — shoot it, write it, cut it, meme it. You can go from idea → posted in hours, not weeks.
- Run launch moments — coordinate the social beats around product releases, betas, and announcements so they land with maximum noise.
- Read the room (and the data) — know what's working, double down on it, kill what isn't. Track reach, engagement, and growth and actually act on it.
- Run paid when it counts — set up and manage ad campaigns to amplify the big moments. Not the main job, but you should be comfortable behind a Meta/Google/TikTok ads dashboard.

Who you are
- You're social-native — you don't study trends, you feel them. You know the difference between a post that's "fine" and one that pops.
- You can create, not just curate — comfortable with short-form video, copy, and basic design/editing tools.
- You've got taste and range — you can make us look polished one day and unhinged-in-a-good-way the next, depending on what the moment calls for.
- You understand platforms as their own languages — what works on TikTok isn't what works on LinkedIn, and you'd never copy-paste between them.
- You're proactive and self-driving — give you a product and a goal, and you'll come back with a plan and three posts already drafted.
- Bonus: you know your way around ads, analytics, light motion/graphics, and you have a soft spot for games and tech.
