1. Manage all pre-installation works:
- Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries.
- Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain
- Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shaft dimensions are as per approved shop drawings
- Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project’s contractual requirements.
- Award purchase order for subcontractors, local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain
2. Coordination with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the project’s requirements:
