Need gardening for massifs maintenance and pruning

I’m looking for a gardener to maintain my flower beds and massifs in my UK home. The job involves weeding, pruning overgrown shrubs, edging borders, and refreshing mulch where needed. I’d like someone who can work carefully around existing plants, take clippings with them, and tidy up the area afterward. An eye for plant health and several years of experience with ornamental borders would be great. Please note access is via a small back gate, and I’d prefer a morning visit on a weekday. I’m hoping to establish a regular maintenance routine every 2–3 weeks during the growing season.
