Need help removing bulky junk and moving items away

I'm looking for a reliable person to help with rubbish clearance and disposing of bulky items from a small flat in the UK. Items include old sofa, coffee table, several boxes, and some electronics. The space is cluttered but accessible, and I’d like all items removed and taken to the curbside or a designated disposal area. Please bring gloves, protective footwear, and a trolley if available. I’d prefer someone with waste disposal experience and a basic understanding of recycling guidelines. If you can sort and bag smaller recyclables on-site, that would be a bonus. Local parking is available but easy access is important, and I’d like the job completed by late afternoon.
