Need long-term child care for 3-year-old, daytime hours

Hello! I’m looking for a caring and reliable nanny to provide long-term childcare for my lively 3-year-old. The role would involve engaging activities, feeding snacks, afternoon nap, and gentle potty training support as needed. We prefer someone who speaks English and can contribute to early learning through play, crafts, and outdoor time. Hours are weekdays, with occasional flexibility for date nights. A basic DBS check (or equivalent) and references are required. We’d love a calm, patient caregiver who can create a safe, warm, and stimulating daily routine, and who is comfortable following our family's routines and values.
