I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to install engineered parquet flooring in a two-bedroom flat. The job includes removing existing flooring, subfloor prep, precise spacing, and finishing with a satin seal. I'd prefer someone with experience in UK standards, able to advise on underlay, expansion gaps, and aligning boards to maximize visual appeal. The space is roughly 40m2, with door thresholds needing careful planning. I can provide the boards and adhesive, but I’m open to recommendations.
