Need rented van with driver for local move in UK

I'm looking to hire a van with a driver for a small local move within the city. The job involves loading and transporting furniture and boxes from a flat on the 3rd floor to a new apartment on the 2nd floor. I would prefer a vehicle around 3.5 to 4.5 tonnes or a spacious large van with a tail lift if possible. I need help with loading a few heavy items, securing items in transit, and delivering to the new place within a few hours. Flexible start time, but I’d like to begin around mid-morning.
