The Health Technology Solutions Advisor (HTSA) plays a primary role supporting Horizon stakeholders in moving technology and information systems forward within the organization and representing IT as an enabler of growth and innovation for Horizon Health Network. This role specifically includes supporting EMR-related initiatives and clinical system optimization to support primary care in community settings.
