NetSuite Administrator
Your Mission
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling Bitpanda to optimize and scale critical business processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant for key stakeholders, advising on and implementing solutions within NetSuite to optimize business processes and automations across the full suite.
- Configure, test, maintain, and deploy NetSuite and other Business Applications customizations, workflows, and scripts in alignment with Bitpanda's SDLC standards.
- Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of NetSuite and its ecosystem of applications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and integrations to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders and compliance with Bitpanda's Change Management best practices.
