Position Overview
Our client is seeking contract network support professionals to supplement a lean and transitioning infrastructure team following several recent departures and retirements. This team is currently operating with only two Network Technicians and one Security Administrator and is in urgent need of additional support.
Resource Needs
+ Hiring 2–3 contractors, including:
+ 2 entry-to-mid-level network technicians
+ 1 senior-level engineer with strong Cisco expertise
Key Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (e.g., cabling, patching, hardware faults)
+ Diagnose and resolve physical layer issues (e.g., improper cable termination, need for rewiring)
+ Install and configure network switches
+ Assist with UPS and infrastructure-related hardware
+ Support ticket queues with hands-on network troubleshooting
+ Patch panels, rack/stack equipment, and perform g...
