Network and Security Engineer

Responsibilities

Supporting client platforms using emerging technologies such as cloud security deployments (Zscaler), firewalls (Fortigate), SD‑WAN and/or WAN deployments, Layer‑2 and Layer‑3 wired network deployments, wireless network deployments and public cloud network deployments.

Providing top‑tier resolution for any network related incident via a ticket management allocation involving troubleshooting for non‑network incidents.

Managing and maintaining configuration of network monitoring solutions to ensure full scope visibility of supported client networks.

Participating in project review processes in a service SME capacity in order to ensure delivered projects are classed as fit for service.

Working closely with our internal teams to surface up new opportunities for client infrastructure & service improvements.
