Job Description
DAS ERWARTET DICH:
- Develop, expand, and manage HWA’s international sales and selected aftersales partner network
- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard new partners in strategic global markets
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to drive sales growth and ensure brand alignment
- Support partners through joint business development, marketing activities, and customer engagement
- Monitor partner performance using KPIs and ensure high standards of sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent representation of HWA’s brand values, communication, and marketing standards worldwide
- Establish, manage, and terminate partner agreements in collaboration with legal support
- Provide training and ongoing support to partners to maximize performance and revenue
- Act as an international brand ambassador and gather market, customer, and competitor insights
