Job Description
Fujitsu is seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Engineer to join our onsite network team. You will be an integral part of a team responsible for managing our customer Enterprise Networking Environment, which supports a large campus with diverse network equipment and services. You will work closely with the customer network team, vendors, and the Helpdesk team to ensure seamless network operations.
Responsibilities- Manage, administer, configure, and provide technical support for network equipment (switches, wireless APs, firewalls, DNS appliances, UPS) and services, including VLANs, ACLs, firewall rules, DNS, and IP address management.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade network hardware firmware/software; apply patches, hotfixes, and manage vulnerability remediation.
- Take ownership of network problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and firmware, performing on-site support as needed.
