What you will do
- Incident response: React quickly to network alerts, diagnose faults, and restore service to protect classified communications.
- Troubleshooting: Work through complex issues under the guidance of senior engineers, using structured processes and tools.
- Change and upgrade work: Assist with scheduled change‑rollouts, device refreshes, and firmware upgrades, following documented procedures.
- Health checks & capacity planning: Perform regular network health assessments, track performance trends, and help plan for future capacity needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with architects and senior engineers on design reviews and project work, contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues.
