Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Network Engineer to support a large-scale, multi-year router modernization initiative. This role is centered on the deployment and migration of customer-edge routers. The position requires a hands-on, organized, and process-driven individual who is comfortable with direct customer interaction and can provide technical support to both technical and non-technical users. This is an execution-focused role where success is defined by effective communication and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure routers using existing automation tools and validate configurations.

Stage, package, and ship routers directly to customers, following defined processes for documentation and tracking.
