Job Functions / Responsibilities /Results Area
An individual to be part of Network Operations Service Fulfillment team under Team Change to work on network infrastructure operations and service request to maintain and enhance availability, stability, resiliency.
- Network Engineer handling incident and change in the region.
- Team player and collaborate with each other on resolving all incidents and be point of escalation of all events from event management team.
