Network Expansion Manager (Global Aftersales Service)

VinFast is expanding rapidly across international markets. We are seeking a Network Expansion Manager to drive the growth and optimization of VinFast’s global after-sales service workshop network . This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong service coverage, consistent quality, and an excellent customer experience as our global vehicle parc grows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global service network expansion plans in alignment with VinFast’s business strategy and UIO planning.

Define optimal service coverage models (authorized service partners, third-party workshops, mobile service, etc.) for each market.

Identify, evaluate, and engage potential service workshop partners across international markets.

Lead partner discussions and negotiations to establish and expand VinFast’s authorized service network .
