Network Infrastructure and Operations Analyst

The Role You will ensure the stability and integrity of all corporate and operations deployed data, voice, video and wireless network services to our corporate and operations customers. In addition, be a part of the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. You will also work with internal teams and external customers to analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely accurate fashion and provide user training and documentation where required.

The Team The Network Infrastructure and Operations team provides a full range of network, infrastructure and application support to both corporate and operations drilling customers located worldwide. Our efforts ensure highly available infrastructure and communications, allowing our customers to operate efficiently, effectively and securely.
