A network solutions provider seeks a Level 1 Support Engineer in the Philippines. In this role, you will monitor critical network infrastructure, resolve incidents, and manage ticketing systems. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience in network support with a degree in IT or Computer Engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work a 24/7 shift schedule are essential. Familiarity with networking concepts and SolarWinds tools is advantageous.
