Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Proactively monitor network infrastructure health using advanced tools, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users. Respond swiftly to critical network alerts performing immediate diagnostics and implementing effective troubleshooting procedures. Analyze network traffic patterns and performance metrics to optimize bandwidth utilization and ensure seamless connectivity. Execute planned maintenance activities including software upgrades and configuration changes with minimal disruption to services.

• 2–4 years experience in NOC / monitoring roles in high‑availability environments
• ITIL Foundation certified
• Riverbed RCPE Associate Certified or higher
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, VCP, Microsoft or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, WMI
  • Network (LAN/WAN), systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), cloud (Azure)
