Network Operations Lead

Manages and develops network operations activities. Evaluates ongoing and future infrastructure needs; and recommends changes. Oversees the day-to-day performance and activities of the team, including Network Engineers/Network Administrators to ensure service quality and network efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develops and implements department strategic plans, processes, and procedures; and enhances the integration between the team and other departments.
+ Manages the budget and leads improvements and growth to the network operations processes and capabilities. Ensures changes to the network infrastructure plans.
+ Improves customer service; provides expert guidance; and ensures the correct technical teams are involved. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
