As a Network Operations Trainee, you will support the engineering and operations teams in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of ExpressVPN’s global network. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals passionate about networking technologies, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. Key Responsibilities- Assist in monitoring network health, performance, and availability across ExpressVPN’s global infrastructure.
- Respond to alerts and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident playbooks.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and contribute to after‑hours incident response as needed.
