Network & Security Operations Manager

We are looking for a Network & Security Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers and support the delivery of a high‑quality, resilient network and security service. This business and service leadership role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and service outcomes. The role operates at the service level and works closely with senior leadership to ensure consistent delivery, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive service performance in alignment with service ownership, ensuring stability, availability and quality of delivery
• Contribute to service‑level decision‑making, prioritisation and risk management
• Act as deputy service owner when required, representing the service across stakeholders and forums
• Drive operational governance, including adherence to standards, processes and controls
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network & Security engineers
