Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support opportunities assigned by the sales team, prioritizing efforts to maximize productivity, profitability, and business impact.
• Proactively assess customer technical and business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions that deliver value to both the customer and the organization.
• Gather input from all relevant stakeholders within the customer environment and tailor solutions to ensure alignment and support.
• Work closely with internal sales, presales, support, and service delivery teams to align solution designs with customer business objectives.
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales growth across designated product lines, markets, channels, or supported teams.
