About the job

We’re looking for experienced NetworkServicepeople to help maintain and repair our water, stormwater and wastewater networks across the Thames–Coromandel District for a fixed‑term period between 3‑6 months.

We have Three vacancies located:

• x1 in Thames
• x1 in Whitianga
• x1 in Whangamata

The role involves

• A mix of reactive and scheduled work, ensuring our systems operate efficiently.
• Actively install, repair or maintain water reticulation networks.
• Inspect and assess faults, plan the best response, and carry out repair work.
• Operate tools and machinery safely (training provided).
• Support with backflow preventer installations and flushing to maintain water quality.
