Job Description
Position Overview
To configure, troubleshoot, and support our campus network and security surveillance system.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and multilayer switches
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols and inter‑VLAN routing.
- Assist with configuring overall network security (Firewall, IPS, DMZ, IPSec)
- 24/7 proactive monitoring of campus‑wide critical services, like surveillance, switches, and related hardware, to ensure maximum uptime. Escalate the issues which need immediate attention.
- Assist with configuring controller‑based CISCO wireless LAN infrastructure and security. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical problems for LAN/WAN services via the helpdesk.
