Network Technician – 3rd level support

Role Overview

As a Network Technician at GlobalConnect, you will join a Pan‑Nordic team responsible for 3rd‑level operations, supporting the future of B2B and B2G network solutions. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining critical network systems while working on advanced SD‑WAN, firewall, and WiFi platforms such as Fortinet, HPE Aruba, and Versa Networks, and ensuring the ongoing performance of one of Europe’s largest ISP networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Network Operations and Engineering teams to manage and resolve incidents and escalations.
• Maintaining Layer 2/3 network systems and overseeing SD‑WAN services (Underlay, Overlay, Add‑On).
• Observing network performance, resolving advanced issues, handling system configuration changes, and maintaining consistent operations to provide continuous service.
