+ Install or replace physical network switches and ports in Transit and Council system infrastructure throughout the organization
+ Support System Engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
+ Support and communicate about workspace standard power systems and wireless connectivity issues with the network team
+ Document work performed using pictures, notes, and shared spreadsheets
+ Ensure equipment installation is in proper location of Council and Council connected infrastructure
+ Ensure basic installation steps are performed
+ Communicate set-up issues and concerns with System Engineers and the network team
+ Identify appropriate hardware equipment to be transported and delivered for the required job
