Your background
Youbring expertise in supporting network infrastructure, with a strong focus onmanaging and resolving incidents that impact business operations. In this role,you will take the lead in triaging critical incidents, ensuring rapiddetection, response, and recovery. As the key focal point for networkstability, you will drive restoration efforts across teams-regardless of wherethe root cause originates.
Shift Pattern:
You will work one of two 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM SGT):
. Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday
. Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday
Note: AlternatingWednesdays are scheduled off depending on the assigned shift.
