Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage 10-bed Neuro ICU Level II trauma center Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00-7:00 Day and night coverage needed Average 14 shifts per month Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 90 days Requirements: Active North Carolina licensure Board certification AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1-year Neurocritical Care experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
