Neurologist (300-0920)

Island Health’s Division of Neurology is seeking a Neurologist with excellent General Neurology skills. The position includes a hospital‑based inpatient general neurology practice, opportunities to work outpatient clinics within the hospital, and the chance to develop a community practice.

As soon as possible.

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary agreement. Benefits are pro‑rated based on FTE. Current benefits as of December 2024 include:

• Recruitment Incentive – up to $10,000
• Relocation Cost Reimbursement – up to $15,000
• Fee Premium – 6.93%
• Retention Flat Fee – $10,739.52
• Rural CME – starting at $3,000/annum in years 3 and 4, increasing to a maximum of $6,000/annum after 4 years
