We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant to support clinical care in our established Neurosurgery program. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons and nurses, to manage emergency and elective inpatients. The position offers engagement in academic activities and comprehensive patient assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain detailed health histories and assessments from patients
• Conduct physical assessments with a focus on neurosurgery
• Formulate differential diagnoses and clinical action plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Collaborate with the neurosurgical inter-professional team
