New Accounts Representative

**Summary**:
Responsible for setting-up new accounts with the requested specifications as long as these comply with the setup guidelines and comply with new accounts policies. Following close communications through 3 months with the sales team to ensure setup is done correctly and the proper functioning of the account. The New Accounts Representative supports any changes made to the accounts to setup.
**Essential Obligations and Responsibilities**:
- Review New Account request in Salesforce and provide feedback to sales team if non-compliant.
- Create and send contracts to the requestor (Sales Representative/DP).
- Create new accounts in Oracle.
- Create Medical Facility profiles in Salesforce
- Update OfficeCare account internal information and setup.
- Process internal orders for new accounts.
- Maintains account contracts, amendments and addendums (when applicable) up to date in both Salesforce and Globalshare.
